KRISTIN SPEAKS ON THE FOLLOWING CAREER TOPICS:

  • Audience: Parents of 16 to 28-year-olds

This phrase kills a young teen’s future happiness faster than you can download the movie Office Space - ‘Teens can’t figure out what they want to do for a career at this age, nobody can.’ Well, guess what, we didn’t think cars could drive themselves either. If you don’t try, the answer is always no. Let’s start saying YES!

Kristin will show you how we are preparing our teens for careers and college backward. She brings this to life through stories of how regular kids got excited about listening and trusting themselves to create a happy life. The cool part is they are creating their own career paths and moving forward with confidence.

Your kid is freaking amazing so let’s start getting them excited about creating their own story too!

  • Audience: High School Administrators, Counselors, Teachers, Mental Health Professionals and other groups that work with teens

What does it truly mean to be college-ready? For decades we’ve been preparing teens for college yet 30% of them are quitting before they hit their sophomore year. If that effort was being graded, it equals a big fat ‘C’.

In the meantime, resources advocating for our teens are getting crushed between government rhetoric and parent beliefs regarding their kids’ success.

Kristin provides an in-depth, fast-paced view of how we are falsely teaching our kids that college is the only way to success and that we are preparing them for life after high school backward. Believe it or not, teens can think on their own, believe in themselves, and create a career they can love.

Leaders at all levels will leave with thought-provoking and practical ways to pour strength and confidence into our teens so they can create a happy life.

  • Audience: Adults who would like to improve their career happiness, HR professionals, Companies, Government Agencies, Professional Organizations, Small Business Organizations, and any organization with employees.

The quiet resignation era and employees changing jobs at record speed is not good. It’s not good for employees. It’s not good for employers and it’s not good for a nation already struggling with rising mental health issues.

There is a way to find a job you love. Many times, that job, is the one you are in. Kristin walks you through how to get happy in your career by understanding who you are and how you are built. This enables you to ask for the activities that energize you and make you happy.

She tells her story about falling out of love with her work, why it happened and how she fixed it by learning about her own talents through the CliftonStrengths program.

  • Learn to love yourself and your talents through the CliftonStrength assessment. Kristin can help your team or organization learn about this program through interactive workshops.

Kristin was incredibly reachable! I was impressed with how quickly she responded and how easy it was to communicate with her during all phases of the event. Her ability to adjust based on our needs encouraged my decision to promptly schedule a date for her presentation!
