What happens in Career Fast Track?

Six one-hour coaching sessions. One clear process.

Session 1: Getting to Know the Real Person


This is not surface-level career talk. I ask a lot of questions, and I listen closely.

We dig into:

  • What you naturally gravitate toward

  • What you enjoy when no one is grading or judging you

  • Where you feel engaged, capable, and confident

This session sets the tone and the direction.

Session 2: CliftonStrengths Consultation


You complete the CliftonStrengths assessment, and I show you what the results mean in real-life careers

You begin to see:

  • How you’re wired

  • Why certain environments feel better than others

  • Where your confidence actually comes from

  • Why you will like the activities in specific roles

For many clients, this is the moment things click.

Session 3: Career Priorities & Direction


We expand the career options first, and then narrow the focus to a couple of career areas.

We look at:

  • Work environments that fit

  • Role characteristics that matter

  • Career directions worth exploring next

This is not about locking in a forever answer.
It’s about making smarter choices with confidence and leaving room for adjustments.

Session 4: Pressure Test Your Career Ideas


This is where we replace assumptions with facts.

We challenge you on:

  • What it actually takes to do this career

  • Education or training requirements

  • Salary expectations and long-term earning potential

  • The realities of the role (hours, environment, responsibilities)

This session helps you see the career clearly before committing to it.

Session 5: Networking and Visibility


This is where direction turns outward.

Now it’s go time, we will:

  • Develop or refine your LinkedIn profile

  • How to interact strategically on the platform (groups, posts, conversations)

  • Build a networking plan that fits your strengths

  • How to uncover opportunities beyond job boards

  • What questions to ask when speaking with an expert in the field

This session helps you become visible in the spaces that matter.

Session 6: Continuing The Momentum


This session is tailored to what you need most.

Now we think ahead:

  • Expanding or refining your career direction if needed

  • Using tools (including AI) to deepen insight into your chosen path

  • Clarifying next steps if your ideas evolve

  • Additional strengths work where it adds value

This session ensures you leave with clarity and a plan to keep moving forward.
